Of course it was Sunday and my new 2 lb puppy was sick. I went to UrgentVet in the South Hills. Although the wait was long it was very worth it. Everyone was so caring and professional. They diagnosed my pup and prescribed meds. They also brought him water and some food since we waited a bit. Highly recommend when your vet is unavailable
I was able to get an appointment right away for urgent care for my dog. The staff was friendly and caring and the vet spent her time on the floor with my dog. We were given multiple treatment options during this visit. It's nice that they have late appointments.
I took my dog here last night and the tech who helped us was AMAZING. I felt like she truly cared about my dog and was not rushing us to get another patient in! Winston tore his ACL and the tech and the doctor were honestly the sweetest and really explained to me what happened. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be back !
Of course I was very worried about my sweet dog at the time we showed up, but from the second we stepped in the door the assistant treated us with such kindness and compassion. Once in a room she got down on the floor with us and offered my pup a variety of treats. She gave me an idea of the potential tests that the doctor may want to do, as well as the prices. Absolutely a wonderful place to deal with starting with the phone call to them . Took my cat there for his tail everyone was very good with him he is a very skittish cat they were wonderful even helped me to the car after he was done. Appreciated everything they did for him. Will be grateful for all they did
