Our cat was unfortunately very ill, and the staff here was helpful, honest, and passionate when we took him for a visit. They made a difficult thing much easier for us, guided us through hospice care and options, did right by us.
Extremely caring and considerate team who couldn't have done more to make things more comfortable for our dog Bard in his last moments of life. He was in good hands every step of the way and I am thankful for the team at UrgentVet.
The staff we had was awesome. We took our cat Meow Meow in, and they got to her immediately. When you’re scared for your pet, being updated so often was very nice. Definitely recommended and would go back.
My first visit to UrgentVet was great. The place was impeccably clean and the staff couldn’t be nicer. They treated me and my pet so wonderfully and with the utmost care. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were making the right decisions for my pet to get better. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone!
The staff and doctor that help our cat were great. Dr. Threadhill explained everything, answered all questions, and treated our little cat with such kindness. Our cat came home feeling so much better, which made us all feel better. I would highly recommend them for any emergencies with your pets. I had to edit my review to add our visit with them today.
