The staff were fantastic! Dr. Zetwo was kind, explained everything thoroughly, and showed enthusiasm towards caring for my dog’s eye condition. We really felt so much better when we left as opposed when we entered. So that in itself speaks volumes!
First time I had to use an Urgent Vet and called and got 3 that said sorry can’t take him. So i called Urgent Vet in Upper St Clair ..crying and from the first hello they were amazing I had to take my almost 15 yr Goldendoodle there Friday (his vet was closed) and from the moment we walked in the doors I knew he and us were in great hands. Brianna, Vet Tech, was very knowledgeable and professional. Her clinical insight was impressive and her thoughtful, compassionate treatment of both my pet and me was very reassuring. The same is true for Dr. Boatright. I am confident that I had made the right choice in taking my dog here for an eye emergency. I am very thankful that an urgent care center is available for pets. I have gone here twice now. Once to have my dog put to sleep. The 2nd for my cat with an ear infection. Both times all of the staff have been kind, helpful, sympathetic, and showed so much concern to my fur babies. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone
I took my cat there today at my regular vet's recommendation. They got me in within three hours of my call, took me back right away and were so gentle and sweet with my terrified cat. They explained everything they were doing, and my options moving forward very clearly and were very transparent about the cost of the treatment. The entire visit including medications was under $300.
