I didn’t like how they treated my puppy
Second visit to this location, this visit was terrible. Take a seat and listen to my experience: Back Story on Pet: We have a senior dog who has liver cancer and cushings, thats already been confirmed by our primary vet who is based in Charlotte and is closed on weekends. Our dog has been on palitive care and her health has taken a sudden turn where she has quite eating and drinking. Save yourself the time, A Terrible experience. I made a appointment online how they said I should to let them know what time I would come we showed up around 2:50 appointment at 3:10. Waited up til 3:50 to ask someone to see if how much longer they would take. The lady there said only a few more minutes, I asked how long exactly. They said just a few we gave them 15 minutes. All that money I paid for service a follow up appointment should atleast come with the price . Shouldn't have to go to another vet for a follow up and pay more money
Fantastic service! No wait time, everyone was friendly and professional, and they didn’t try to pressure us into optional procedures/services. Will gladly go back if needed.
