Everyone was respectful, nice,helpful, and fast on service. The only thing that we had an issue with was the person that let my son in with my baby girl Reyna. She had an attitude, and acted as if we bothered her. We didn't see her the rest of the visit and I am happy for that. All other staff, excellent! I will recommend to others. I visited the UrgentVet in Gastonia when my dog had a seizure. I was extremely pleased with the service they provided. The vet tech, Nicky, had a wonderful bedside manner. She treated my dog in a loving way while also helping me through my fear. She patiently listened and asked questions. She and the veterinarian were well-informed and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice.
They were quick and attentive to my cat!
They were very nice and help our fur baby feel better. They forwarded the information to our vet and called the next day to check on him. Very nice staff and facility.
Came in for an emergency- my dog was choking on a dog bone. The team worked together quickly to get the lodged bone out of his throat and made sure he wasn’t injured. The visit was a tad expensive, but they worked with us on his necessary meds. The doctor was friendly, the staff was super comforting considering the emotional situation. The location was clean, organized, and the animals on the wall were a cute distraction. We’re thankful for the team that worked together to help our baby. Thanks everyone!
