I have not been in yet. I'm basing this review on my phone call. I just called and described the situation and was given very helpful information as well as 3 separate phone numbers for places that would be more likely to be able to offer the services I needed. I'm just grateful that the very kind woman I spoke to on the phone gave me the information that she did. .
I highly don’t recommend going to this place, upon coming in they did greet in a friendly manner but treated us as if we didn’t know what we was talking about I’m not a know it all but I do know something’s, and keep in mind I am a mobile mechanic so I know how your supposed to find the issue tell the issue and then talk about pricing, see they didn’t do that with us they said they will work with us, told us that we don’t feed our dog enough when every other vet he has been to said he more than healthy, and that he is aggres... read more

We received the best care, everything was explained in detail, and I know I made the right choice taking my dog in. I was unsure how to proceed or who to reach out to, and the second I called UrgentVet, all of my questions were answered. The doctor and staff helped me through the entire process. I am very thankful for that. I was in a very stressful situation, and they reassured me that I was doing the best I could.
Jen and Dr Bowes were superb. So informative, took all the time and we needed to answer all our questions. Loved on our cat to soothe him from stress . Dr Bowes was amazing and outstanding job to help him to be healthy . I highly recommend Urgent Vet.
