Excellent staff Very professional
I’m so impressed with this clinic. I’m honored to leave a positive review- we arrived a little over an hour til closing, and though they were extremely busy with other patients, the staff was super apologetic and kept checking in so we weren’t left high and dry. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Due to the high number of patients they saw that night, the doctor didn’t get to come in until it was technically closing time. Had a last minute visit with my pup. They were quick, attentive and thorough! Super kind and explained everything that was happening with my baby. I was also in and out pretty quickly. Will def go again if needed!
This was our second visit to UrgentVet with our cat, Jethro, and we had another great experience. Jennifer, our vet tech, was incredibly kind and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything and made sure we were comfortable throughout the visit. This was the third time I had to take our dog here. These three times we did not have to wait too long, maximum, perhaps 10-15 minutes this last time, others about 5 minutes. The doctors are very nice and gentle, as well as, their assistants. The doctors, all three times, took their time to explain in detail of what was going on with "our baby" and clarifying all our questions. They followed up after the visit in the next day I would definitely recommend them.
