My dog suddenly became lethargic due to anemia. We brought him here and before we could even fill out any paperwork they had already let us into a room. The staff is extremely friendly and were very helpful. We actually never figured out why he became anemic but UrgentVet was super helpful nonetheless! They gave him steroids and also ran some blood work. We brought him home with us later that day and he had already looked a lot better!
Quick, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. We took our puppy in for a possible snake bite. Thankfully they were able to rule it out very quickly and proceeded to treat the swelling and pain while running more thorough test to make sure he wasn’t in danger and was able to be diagnosed treated and sent home in roughly an hour and a half! They were great, we will definitely have them on speed dial
Check in was easy and quick, they had us in a room almost immediately. The vet tech who helped us was incredibly kind and though rough, and Dr. Douglas was also. He did a full exam on my dog and took exceptional care of him, and helped soothe my worries. The facility is very clean and modern as well. They took the time to answer all of our questions and even sent the information to our usual vet. Prices were reasonable and up front before any procedures. A great choice when your regular vet is closed or can't fit you in!
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to any pet parent.
