Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming
Very clean facility. The staff and Vet were amazing and quickly diagnosed the issue my 10 year old pup. They were very caring. We were in and out in about 1:45 min and that included diagnostic radiology and a minor invasive procedure. I highly recommend them as a go between for after hours without having to utilize an Emergency Vet for a non emergency issue
I cannot recommend Urgent Vet enough! I rescued a kitten on Friday afternoon who was in really rough shape and had no idea where to take him. Someone suggested Urgent Vet and I gave it a try because they were one of the only places open. I had no idea they would be so thorough snd gentle with my little guy. The vets at UrgentVet took great care of my pup. I was seen immediately when we walked in. They were professional & gentle with my little guy, and figured out the issue pretty quickly. They even called the next day to check in on him. Definitely recommend!
Checked in online, came a few hours before they closed for a limp and laceration on the leg ... I was turned away without a doctor even looking at her leg. It seems they were more worried about getting home in a few hours than dealing with my pet. I was concerned about cost and I was told they were about as expensive as an emergency place right up the road. So much for intermediary between vet and ER. Not a good first impression, wont be returning.
