I would recommend UrgentVet. Our elderly dog had hurt his leg and we needed to have him checked after hours (always the way!) The staff are so friendly and helpful at UrgentVet, They were thorough, explained everything and our dog was feeling better by the time we got home. I thought the consultation fee was reasonable and I would definitely go back if we needed help again. Location is also very convenient.
Amazing Dr. and staff ! So informative and seemed they really cared about my dog. He's already doing so much better. Good pricining too !
The Westford location was wonderful with our dog who had a scratch on his cornea. He was scared. Ivana and Dr. Sarah did such a good job with him; making him comfortable during his examination. We are so lucky to have this option for urgent, but non-emergency visits. Hours are great (open until 11pm) and the location is convenient, being in the Whole Foods plaza.
I have been to UrgentVet in Westford twice now with my 75lb, 1 year old Australian cattle dog. I reserved my spot online ahead of time and we were brought right back and our appointment started right away. The doctor was extremely thorough and communicated clearly. The technician was friendly, kind, and explained the process and any questions thoroughly. Instead of it being stressful and traumatic, we were reassured and our minds were put at ease. I would not only recommend to others but will be back if needed!
