Today we experienced a pet emergency with both of our dogs and had to rush them in. I have a handicap dog and they got them right into a room so that he would not hurt himself. The full staff from the first call was OUTSTANDING!!! If anyone has an emergency I would 100% recommend this amazing care!!! Thank you from Whiskey and Commander!
Was with my niece and her dog this evening and the vet and techs were fantastic with this pup that was in so much pain that he absolutely didn’t want his ear touched by anyone! They were able to do everything that needed to be done with the least amount of stress to him. I would recommend this practice to everyone!
Great staff Milesia was great with Nova.she has a possible torn CCL hopefully just a sprain. Very informative and didn't push x-rays and blood work gave us meds and rest for 7 days to see if it gets better.
We had a recent visit to UrgentVet in Westford with our elderly dog. The staff was kind, courteous, and professional. They worked to diagnose a urinary tract infection & took great care of our pup. I am grateful we avoided the ER & could quickly get antibiotics started.
I very much appreciated the kindness and professionalism from all staff. Dr Cami was great with my dog and explained everything regarding all tests.!. She followed up with a phone call with all tests and X-ray results emailed as promised. Very good urgent care would highly recommend.
