In our time of need, we had to euthanize our sweet dog. The staff at UrgentVet in Hendersonville were incredibly supportive and helpful. I know they have been through this process many times but they were so compassionate that I was amazed. I also couldn’t believe how low the price was for this service at night at an emergency vet. If we need their services again in an emergency, I won’t hesitate to go there. Thank you again for your kindness.
The booking online was a great help. My dog needed sutures and it was done so fast! I hope I don’t have to use it again but it’s nice to have urgent care for my dogs so close.
It was very sad to have to put down our wonderful pet of 18 years. The staff was so supportive and made the transition very dignified for one of our family member. I highly appreciated the compassion and care that they took with our wonderful pet and loved one. I thank them for all that they did to help us cope with our big loss.
They were quite busy but still gave my pet their time and attention as she required.
