Wonderful service and compassion from this clinic in the process of end of life care for our beloved 18 yr old cat. Taylor was exceptional in explaining the process and gave me a full tour and details so we knew what to expect. The compassion, knowledge and warmth we received was five star excellence.
The staff are incredible. My sweet girl had an emergency but didn’t make it there in time. When my parents arrived, they showed so much compassion and talked with me on the phone through the whole process while comforting my parents through it. They explained everything they could do for us and my Roxy girl. And went above and behind with it all. Every time we talked with them everyone was so so sweet. Will forever be thankful for the love each of them have shown us through this difficult time!
Dr Hynek and staff are so much better than just 5 stars. I was pet sitting my daughter’s dog and we had an emergency and the dog passed on our way here. The staff were so unbelievably kind and compassionate with us and even when I went back today to pick up the ashes, the same kindness and compassion was demonstrated. I hope you never have a pet emergency but if you do, please consider this place.
Really happy with the care my dog received this time and the time before. Prices weren't bad either. Seemed to be the same as a regular vet. Highly recommended.
This was our first time going here & they were SO NICE!!!! You can tell they truly cared! Everything was very clean & welcoming! I would highly suggest this vet location for sure! ♥️♥️♥️
