We called this location when our cat accidentally swallowed a pill, and they were very helpful through the whole process. They told us to call pet poison control on our way there, and when it was confirmed my cat probably didn't need intervention, they graciously didn't charge us, even though they checked her vitals. Wonderful staff, thoughtful care, and prompt action are just a few of the amazing things we experienced during our short visit with this clinic. Thank you UrgentVet!

My cat had a late night issue with her eyes so I scooped her up and brought her in. Everyone was so kind and very thorough in their work. I appreciated their communication with our regular vet, their longer hours, and just how wonderful all the staff were.
I should’ve known when they refused to give me a price for allergy medicine when I provided the weight of my dog over the phone. Of course they gave me some mumbo-jumbo that it depends on what other treatments might be necessary, but that’s a lie because Cytopoint is charged per the weight of your dog. This med is a separate line item, just for the cytopoint allergy medicine. They sensed my desperation and charged me $330 for what I usually pay under $150 for this routine service.
