I was so upset when my fur daughter, Little Debbie, suddenly stopped walking and started screaming in pain. I called the clinic crying uncontrollably. I spoke with Zach, who was incredibly patient with me and helped me calm down so I could give him the important information. When my daughter pulled up with Little Debbie, the staff rushed her to the back ASAP. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way to keep me updated. Service took forever to the point they told me to come back the next day and that took an additional 4 hours. There were only 4 other people there with their pets so no reason for it. They seem nice but don’t seem knowledgeable. Had to pay an additional $300 for them to send x-ray photos to an outside source on top of the $600. Total bill came to $1000 and got no information and no solution. The inconvenience should have been discounted if anything because to make a drive back for an emergency is ridiculous since they’re sup... read more
Booking was SUPER easy as I selected a time of arrival online. We were walked back to a room in less than a minute. The tech was absolutely amazing and so friendly/compassionate. The doctor came in about 30 minutes afterwards and explained everything in detail and took the time to talk to me. Labs were completed and then ultimately that led to us having to visit an ER for my dog’s worsening condition. Everyone was so caring, kind, helpful & explained everything to me at the time my pup & I needed them the most. I forgot names but the Doctor & her tech did an amazing job to diagnose & treat my dog's acute issue. 10/10. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.
