The staff was friendly, sweet with my boy, and the rooms were large and clean! The wait was a little long, but I honestly expected it to be about the length of a human urgent care visit anyways :) I’d 100% go back if I needed urgent care for one of my pets again.
Came in at my appointment time. The waiting in the cold room for 3 hours is crazy. Staff would come in relay information and then leave for another 45 minutes. Don’t come here unless you have the entire day to wait in a cold room with zero communication
Had to let go of my best friend today. He wasnt doing well and they got me in and did what need to be done. Staff were patient and kind while I bawled my eyes out. Rest in peace Patch 2007-2026
Took my dog here on Juneteenth, they opened at 3pm, even though their website says 12 on holidays. (I guess this was not a holiday they observe). I booked an appt for right at 3 when they opened, staff was still parking and walking into the building at 3pm when I was there. They sat me in a room and said someone would be in shortly but they are still opening up (I would think if you were taking patients at 3pm you would arrive before then to make sure everything was on and running already). We have gone to Urgent Vet twice in the past few years and both times, our pet received excellent care. When a last second emergency hits, it's nice to have Urgent Vet nearby.
