I brought two newborn kittens who started showing signs of bloody stool and a lack of eating. I was told they were fine and after spending 3 and a half hours waiting to be seen paying $270 for 10 minutes of exam time they passed away to those same symptoms not even 10 hours later. I called them three times before being able to talk to a manager about this situation and being told I could get my money back.

The vet and techs were very attentive and kind, they even told my injured pup he was brave when he most certainly is not 😂. The process was easy and streamlined. As a vet tech myself, I would recommend this facility for your urgent vet care needs
