I was actually with Anna and her dog during this entire situation, and I can personally confirm everything she described. I witnessed how urgently her dog needed help, and we were told they could stabilize her before we made the drive there. When we arrived, we were then told they could no longer help us because there was already another emergency. I took my dog here in an emergency situation. I made sure to call before hand to let them know my dog was bleeding out from her throat due to a dog attacking her. They let me know they weren’t an emergency facility but they could stabilize her. I said that was fine as the nearest emergency vet was 50 minutes away.
