My dog had a bone sliver caught in her gum and was in pain. Got online and found UrgentVet on Signal Butte, in Mesa, AZ. Made an appointment to take her in right away which was 8:30 at night. Amy called us as we were on our way so they could be prepared. Went right in and Amy spotted the sliver right away. Vet came in within 5 min. I had taken my cat to a different vet and had him checked out turns out my cat had Jaundice they took good care of cat but did not do a good job of explaining illness and the prospects of cat recovering. I was very concerned about cats health following day and contacted urgent care. They said bring cat in and they would check him out. I meet with vet and she took time to go over the bill I got and explained to me what each of those procedures did for cat and what to expect, plain English. We wish they could be our primary vet. That is how impressed we were with their care and service. They explained things very well and I felt we had a plan when we left. They were very caring with our kitty which was of the most importance. I would highly recommend them if you need emergency care.
The people are very nice and caring. The cost was so much better than having to go to an emergency vet.
