Poor Norman and I were attacked my a German Shepherd Sunday morning on our walk. Norman is not aggressive and only a year old. Norm was obviously suffering after the incident. The staff was so helpful and informative. Never left us hanging. The doctor was amazing, so loving and kind ( sorry I am terrible with names). Nice to know you are here. I would recommend it to anyone. Saved me a lot of money also.
It was a very hard day for us. They were there for us on a Sunday. They, I’m sorry I didn’t get names because they helped me say goodbye to my best friend. Words can not express how thankful I am. We were treated with such kindness and compassion. I couldn’t have asked for more. Mama loves you Ash!
The staff here were absolutely amazing. My brother and I had to come here for an unfortunate visit for his dog. They treated Buddy like he was their dog and us like we were their family. I highly recommend this place for any type of visit for your animals 💯
I wasn't thrilled about our first visit, and I wasn't planning to ever go back. But out of necessity, we went back, and that time we had Dr Hernandez - I really appreciated how she took the time examine my pet, explain things to me, and answer my questions.
If you suspect parvo, it is a waste of time to come here! They can send you with minimal supplies for outpatient care, but they cannot treat your pet in house. They were very judgy and pushy about getting her hospitalized and basically discouraged any other options. Overall, it was a pretty cold experience. We left feeling totally lost and had zero confidence or hope.
