We can not say enough good things about the folks at Urgent Vet! They spent hours with us as we made the gut wrenching decision to let our beloved golden doodle, Moose go! They explained and talked with us as we worked through the best thing for Moose! Jillian gave our sweet boy a bed and blanket and so much kindness. The doctor cried with us as we said goodbye! We will be forever thankful to these fine people for their above and beyond care!
I cannot say good enough things about my experience here this past weekend . My cane corso got very sick throwing up all night - she is almost 8 and can be difficult at vet (needs meds to go). I was so worried about my pup and how they were going to be able to help her bc I knew overnight stay with iv was not going to be option . Urgent Pet took her in right away and within two hours we were on our way home with diagnosis, medicine , and fluids ( like iv pack to go ) - and a much more stable and happy pooch . Brought my dog, Bailey there because she was exhibiting pain on her left side. The vet tech and the vet were terrific and very caring. After some bloodwork and x-rays we determined she has some cervical spine issues. It was more expensive than a visit to my regular vet, but i couldn’t get an appointment for a few days and then I had to leave for work travel. Grateful I was able to address before I left town. Would use them again in an emergency situation. Glad to say Bailey is on the mend.
We found ourselves in a dire situation with our senior dog needing immediate care & I was able to walk right in & get amazing help & support. They were all so kind & helpful & I could tell cared about us & our dog. We ended up needing end of year care 24 hours later & they were so supportive, caring, & provided top care for our dog & ourselves in making the very difficult decision. Prices were also reasonable & presented to us. I would recommend them to anyone who needed them.
When Maggie grabbed a BP pill that my husband dropped, we were frantic. After calling poison control, we couldn’t wait any longer for her to vomit. We drove straight to UC. They were wonderful. They very quickly treated Maggie and we were back home in less than an hour. I definitely recommend them!
