We had an emergency with our Boykin spaniel and showed up past midnight on a Saturday night. The staff was expeditious, thoughtful and courteous. Ryan also wanted to make note of the incredible care given by the vet on duty that night. I wish i knew her name. Hope we never have to go back, but know we would be in good hands should we ever need to.
Staff registered Mimi and saw her immediately. The staff are friendly and made friends with her immediately. I highly recommend them. I am so appreciative they helped her.
Very sweet and helpful!! I lost my baby and was distraught but they made the process a little bit easier with their kindness and willingness to help as much as possible. They did everything they could for him and even gave me a commemorative memory of him. I am so thankful for them and I definitely recommend!
Absolutely incredible experience. Valeria was as pure of a human being as you will find. She was professional, smart, thoughtful, kind and considerate. She put my wife and I at ease from the moment I heard her answer the phone all the way through checking out our baby and taking care of her. Dr. Quintero was also very kind, intelligent and informative. If we ever are in need again, we will absolutely be going here.
Our 14 year old pitty female, had lymphoma, and took a turn for worse on a weekend. She was suffering, and we wanted to explore our options. I contacted Urgent Vet and they could see us when we could get her to them, on Sunday. They met us at the door with a stretcher, and gently carried her in from our van.
