Dr. Wilson and team took the time to thoroughly look over my cat’s ruptured abscess as well as listen to me as a pet parent and foster pet parent who pays for everything out of my own pocket. They were wonderful and allowed me to assist in planning my cat’s treatment. Because of this, I will be sure to make UrgentVet my vet of choice when my regular vet is closed. Thank you!!!
Absolute wonderful experience despite the reason we were there for. The staff was very knowledgeable, kind, and took time to explain everything in detail along with all of our options. Very clean facility, and they worked in a very timely manner.
Great communication and pricing! Our girl is much better and they were just amazing from intake until she was discharged. They explained billing thoroughly and it was easy to adjust for our needs/budget, but ensured she got the best care possible. Recommend for sure!
My experience was amazing! I was seen right away and received thorough care for my poor sick boy. Everyone was extremely kind and both Dr. Wilson and tech Courtney took their time to explain everything in detail to make sure I understood. Wonderful care!
The staff were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. My dog had been bitten by a snake and they were patient with all my questions and concerns. I cannot praise them enough.
