They claim online to be an affordable after hours option so we opted to come here instead of the er for an ear hematoma. We are very used to er visit costs and were shocked at the cost. The price just to drain the ear was astronomical. They charged $108 just for a bandage that was poorly wrapped and came off within 12 hours. Took my dog to the vet today and am paying half of what I paid there for full surgery. The cost just to drain the ear at my vet was going to be a 10th of what this place charged. I brought my baby in last night and they took great care of her. Staff were friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. They made sure my girl got some pain meds to make her comfortable until I could get her to her vet today. They ran several tests and had her records sent over to her vet within 12 hours of my appointment so when we got to her vet they already knew we’d been to the urgent care and already had a plan. Would definitely recommend to all fur parents if your baby gets sick after vet hours.
I am very appreciative and thankful for everyone who was working on Friday, January 16. I brought a dog in, whom I am familiar with, that was found on the side of the road. We initially thought she had been hit by a car, but the team found this was not the case. The dog was found to be emaciated, hypothermic, weak with a low blood pressure. Having a “hold your spot” online system is a joke. Waited an hour after our spot and was told another hour or two because of walk-ins. Board on the wall said 0-15 minute wait for an hour. Left and went down the road to Pathway Urgent care better service for sure.
Unfortunately, they charge exorbitant fees due to the urgency of the situation. The prey on pet owners emotions.
