They were a great hospital/clinic open on a Sunday. My 9 yr old chihuahua 'Bella' was having extreme vomiting and diarrhea issues. I took her in and was seen right away. My first priority was my fur baby and the staff was very caring and gentle with her. Although her original treatment plan was very pricey, I did have an option until I could get her to her vet. Urgent Pet was there for me with professional care and assistance! The time frame was understandable and they were very helpful for my Dog in trouble! I would go back for their help and assistance!
After an unfortunate grooming incident, UrgentVet was able to take our girl right away. They were so kind, and were able to fix her up right away. HIGHLY recommend!
Very friendly and caring team. Our senior cat developed a clot and was in terrible pain. We new there was no recovery as she had long term heart issues, but we did not want her to suffer. We arrived at the facility 5 minutes from their 10 pm closing time and they met us in the parking lot to assist. This was a very hard decision to have to make but the team that waited with us and helped with the crossing was great. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
