Oswaldo did a great job taking care of our girl and getting us the help we needed while our vet was closed.The clinic is clean and all the staff were friendly, I will definitely come back if ever needed again.
We’ve taken our dog to Urgent Vet a few times over the last 2 years. We have always experienced the best of care by these incredible veterinarians and techs who work thru the night to be available for animals in need. Our last visit, Oswaldo took ample time to document every detail of what my dog had been experiencing followed by genuine care by Dr. Roger’s. Thank you to all the staff and vets at Urgent Vet Southlake. You are all appreciated.
My sweet pup ended up with a buck injury. The staff at Urgent Vet were terrific! Anyone that came in contact with my baby was so friendly and caring with her. She was exhibiting a lot of pain and anxiety. The staff did everything they could to not only ease her pain but to also help her to calm down. They were very patient and kind. I will definitely take my furbabies there if in need!
A great place to go for your fur baby in an emergency. Been there three times and they have been wonderful every time.
