My 17 year old male cat who does not like he feet touch ended up having 2 of his nails embedded in his paw pad. The staff at UrgetVet examined him and explained every part of the process to relieve him. Even the Financials were explained. And we even bought him back the next day to have the bandage removed. They were great. I highly recommend them. A+++. Thank you for making zipper feel so much better.
We had to bring our pup to this urgent vet for a bad bite from another dog and we had a great experience. The staff was quick to get us at the front area and quick to assess our pup. The bedside manner was amazing by Richard and the doctor was a lovely female who made us feel comfortable in quite a scary situation. So glad we found this place on a Sunday. Couldn’t recommend more!
I would like to take a moment to thank the staff at Urgentvet. I had to bring my 17 year old cat Lucky in on an emergency visit. They were absolutely wonderful, caring, patient and kind. I have never experienced such a truly caring staff. Unfortunately, Lucky was euthanized due to his condition, but the staff and Doctor helped transition him with loving care. The staff was so friendly and helpful , my dog is aggressive but they were patient and kind and he warmed up to them right away.
I’ve never left a review before, but the way they treated me compelled me to. I thought my dog wasn’t feeling well, so I brought him in. When they realized he was having a medical emergency, they rushed me to an emergency room and forwarded all the information so we didn’t have to wait. When I tried to pay for the services they provided, they told me not to worry and to get my pup to the emergency room.
