We took our 15 year old cat to the Urgent Vet Ocoee location about a week ago to get him euthanized after he had been ill for a couple of days with no improvement. He seemed to be suffering and overnight was near death. They provided incredibly compassionate care for our Bisquit, which we were very grateful for. The euthanasia was very peaceful and there was no suffering on his part. We elected to have them use their cremation services and were also impressed with that care. Will definitely recommend them!!! ❤️
This place took all of our trauma as a family with our passing pet and took absolute care of us. Yes, we visited for in opportune time, but this location was quick, professional, and extremely caring! Our baby knew he was great hands on the way to a better place. Thank you and your team for tonight, we will never forget it.

Your staff was compassionate, respectful, and supportive during an incredibly hard moment. I really enjoyed coming to this location. It was extremely clean and did not smell of animal at all. My regular vet is not around here and I needed something taken care of quickly. There was absolutely no wait. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. Will definitely be back if I need to.
On Jan. 3rd we brought our dog, Zoey in for what turned out to be a extremely minor problem, The staff was beyond wonderful. If needed, we would go here again!
