If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my dog in on 8/5, he wasn't eating, lethargic and could see in his eyes he did not feel good. You took x rays and did bloodwork. You saw fluid in his tummy and noted he had peritonitis! You gave him pain meds and anti inflammatory and told us to follow up with our vet in a few days, not less than 12 hours my sweet boy passed away! You guys did nothing to help him! Easy to set up an arrival time on line. I needed to move the appt and it was just a text to do so. We arrived and were promptly greeted and taken back to an exam room. The assistant took all our info and our pups symptoms. She went back to talk to doctor. He came in and confirmed what might be needed. He went back to put info in so they could then come back and tell us the procedures and costs. Each of those trips to the back was about 10 mins. I brought my dog in for an emergency and had a very pleasant experience for the situation I was in with my dog. The staff and doctor were very friendly and walked me through every step. I felt like we were in great hands from the start. Great Urgent care for pets
The kindness and compassion exhibited during the euthanasia of my sweet kitty exceeded all my expectations. I had a friend use them as well for an illness and was completely satisfied. I will definitely use their services in the future!
