I'm really grateful for places like this who exist. We are new to the area and do not have a vet. Our dog got bit by another dog. Urgent Vet was very thorough. They gave our dog the best care. They even followed up the next day to check on him. They also gave us information for a local vet. Would recommend them to anyone ♥️
Horrible place. They lie and tell you they are a hospital and to rush your pet in. Once there they take you beloved pet in the back and make you fill out paperwork then tell you they’re an urgent care and can’t treat animals and send you to a hospital after charging $200 for nothing. The vet tech is insanely rude!!!!! Please never take your fur babies here!!!!!
This place is not cheaper than VSS er. They wanted to charge us $1,800 in unneeded tests when our puppy desperately needed an antibiotic. Blood work of $800. They didn’t even care and would not give her an antibiotic. We took her to VSS and they started her on one immediately through iv. Blood work $400. Plus VSS actually cares.
