My girl Lilly (Pom) was really having an awful day she had an anal sac that exploded (looked like a crime scene in my house I was so scared for her) and needed to be treated as an emergency and was put under anesthesia to treat it for infection and make sure the infection if any was out. From the moment we were greeted at the door to the end of the visit every employee that assisted us was truly amazing. Came home from out of the country to my dog having an eye infection. Urgent Vet got James in and checked out immediately. The price was affordable and I was able to go home and rest after a long day of travel and an emergency vet visit. The Vet tech Dionna was so nice and understanding. James loved her and was excited when she came in the room. The Vet was very nice as well. My son is Autistic and asks a lot of questions and she was very patient and kind. Jada and Dr. Schlanger were both incredibly kind, empathetic, and patient with our dog! We were seen very quickly and knew right away that we were in great hands🩷
So thankful for this business and Dr Nicole who took excellent care of my sweet dog on a Sunday when all vet offices are closed. My girl was in a lot of pain and discomfort and this urgent care saw my dog as a walk in. The tech was pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. I worried about my dog seeing a vet I was unfamiliar with but Dr Nicole put me at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. They treated my dog and she is feeling much better.
