Disappointed. Seemed more interested in how much they were going to charge us instead of treating our pup. Nothing urgent about it.
This place is AMAZING!! My miss beretta had vomiting and pooping A LOT of blood every 20 minutes. Did 90 on the way home from work freaking out calling every vet clinic in a 20 mile radius, I only want the best care for my dog after everything she has done for me and everything we have been through together, Beretta is more family than just a dog, as soon as I called Urgent Vet they immediately got beretta in and were very professional and beyond sweet. We had to take our sick girl in for bloodwork and fluids. They were amazing to deal with, the people, the service and they were so good with our dog.
When we arrived the staff was efficient, if a little bored. Dr. Greer was kind and made sure we knew the furbaby would be well cared for, what to expect during her stay and treatment, and what kind of communication to expect. They assured her mama(I'm auntie) that they would give her some anti-anxiety meds to keep her calm since separation anxiety shenanigans is what brought us into begin with. The cost was fair. Brought my 8 week old kitty in because he had swallowed a small object and wanted to get him checked out just to be safe. Jada welcomed me in and was very nice and accommodating throughout the visit. Comfortable building, knowledgeable physician, and very patient and comforting staff. As far as price, it was all explained properly up front and for those that don't have money for out of pocket expense they have easy to set up payment plans that Jada also walked me through how to do.
