I would absolutely recommend UrgentVet to anyone! The staff was absolutely incredible and very attentive worked quickly and was very transparent on pricing before doing anything and never once made me feel pressured 10 out of 10 would go back again
Total disappointment - We took our dog in with concern of being uncomfortable, upset stomach, lethargic and basically was told, nothing to worry about. Our previous dog had cancer and showed similar signs so we were panicked. The vet told us our dog was too young to have those issues, really? So only old dogs get cancer, get real. The vet asked us what we wanted to be done, are you serious? I took my dog to Urgent Vet because she had what turned out to be a UTI. She was in pain and anxious. They took her in right away, no waiting, gave her a shot to calm her down, and then did a full exam. They could do all the lab work needed right there. We were there for about two hours, then sent home with meds and instructions. It wasn’t cheap, but what vet is? It was a one stop shop. Everyone was very friendly. Ray, the vet tech, was very nice and did a great job.
I’ve had two great experiences with Pottstown Urgent Vet. From the staff to the Drs they were absolutely great. Through and helpful.
I brought my Dog, Taz in for a bite wound from a foster dog. The staff were absolutely professional and went above and beyond to help my boy. I knew he was in great hands. They were super knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for helping my pup!!!!
