Vet was very nice truthful and helper. The only thing is the cost of everything. But useful as far as doing the bare minimum and also I think the cost of the visits should be lower inspite of the cost of the tests.
They took good care of my dog. They were so kind to him. I would definitely go back in an emergency
This place is awesome, the staff are very loving and caring. They made my experience very comfortable knowing that my pet was in great hands. I recommend this to all my friends 👍❤️
My dog suffers allergies bad. Sometimes it turns into an ear infection. I needed to get her an allergy shot and stuff to fix her ear infection. The urgent care was kind and understanding. They listened to me and were very kind to my baby who, btw, is a very nervous girl. They explained the meds, what they were going to do and the cost associated. If I ever can’t get into the vet again, these are the people I would go to. Thanks for taking care of mama!
I had originally provided a poor review however after the Practice Manager reached out indicating that the issue had been addressed and a recent polar opposite experience I’ve updated my review. While the outcome from my visit was not what I had hoped for, the care, courtesy, and sympathy that was extended to me and my dog was exceptional. I’d highly recommend this practice and certainly will be back in the future.
