I brought my dog here on a Sunday because he suddenly became very sick and every other vet was closed. I was already anxious and scared, and I chose UrgentVet because they advertise being up to 40% less than emergency hospitals, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Excellent Service and Excellent Care. Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly , from beginning to end. They took care of our dog Poncho right away and make the transaction to take Poncho to Advance Animal Hospital very easy. I give them 5 stars. Thank you all.

The staff was caring, understanding, and empathetic . We brought our 15 year old dog Leo in not knowing if there was anything else that could be done for him as his hind legs were failing. The staff and vet were thorough, presented all alternatives and gave us all the time we needed to come to terms with letting our Leo go home.
