I took my dog here for worries about post-op stitches on a weekend when my regular vet was closed. They were prompt and thorough and made sure to listen to all my concerns! It’s great that they communicate everything that happened with your regular vet as well so there’s no missing communication.
First time at this facility which had been recommended to me by VCA on Nettles Dr. I had zero time to go to York Co to my vet. Very nice and competent people and I give them a thumbs up!
Very impressed with not only the facilities but the staff. I brought my cat in for urinary issues and was helped by Tiffany. She was so extremely kind and patient. She took extra time to sit and talk with me not only about my cat, Jinx, but also about Cathy, her littermate that we had to let go only days earlier. We were referred here by our vet for a non-emergency evaluation. Check in was easy and we were seen promptly. Our nurse, Cullen, was attentive, welcoming, and helpful throughout all aspects of the appointment. We didn’t feel rushed at any time with any of the staff and felt comfortable with the rationale and treatment plan. Glad to put this on our list of return visit options should we ever need urgent care for our dog again.
Called ahead to see if I could bring my dog in on a Saturday as she was coughing really badly. I was directed to go to their website to pick an appointment time. Their website was easy to navigate, and there were plenty of time slots available. As soon as we arrived, we were taken into a room, no waiting at all.
