This was my first time going to this vet. They were so nice, friendly, and caring. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for being an urgent care center. I hope I won’t need an urgent care center again for my furbaby, but if i do, I will definitely come back here!
My dog started breathing weird on a Sunday night, so we ended up visiting UrgentVet. We were seen almost immediately. The nurse, Mercy (I think), and Dr. Kimberly were both professional and caring, very understanding with both my anxiety regarding my dogs situation/urgency and cost. They did a work up and explained what was going on. It took me a long while to write this, but my dog was elderly and very ill. She’d swing from decent to very bad shape over the course of 24 hours. We made an appointment the day after a bad spell to have her put to sleep. It was a weekend and we just knew it was time. We had spent around a month trying different procedures/medications and trying to find out what was causing her issues at a local vet clinic, but she was declining and the kindest thing would have been to let her go. Came in August 24 with my dog since he had a seizure episode. Hailey and Dr. Arsola were both amazing! They explained everything in detail. Broke down the explanation so it’s easier to understand. It got busy during the night, but Hailey kept checking in on us. Dr. Arsola was very compassionate about my dog. Despite me being nervous and worried about my dog’s seizure, she reassured me and told me what next steps I had to take. When my yorkie was lethargic and not eating they got us in and with a diagnoses within 30 min! Highly recommend!
