We had to take our 16+ year dog here after her health took a turn for the worse about 24 hours before our scheduled home appointment with another service. I cannot emphasize how kind and compassionate the staff were in our time of need. They were extremely accommodating and made what was an awful situation very peaceful and meaningful. I truly appreciate how kind they were to us and our dog and would not hesitate to recommend them to others who find themselves in this terrible situation.
In February 2026, our precious Rori was diagnosed with advanced nasal cancer, and we knew our time with her would be far too short. Took my 14 yr old dog with coughing issues. So friendly and caring. Of course, it cost more than the regular vet. But I got the blood test and xray results within 1 hour. Even left my dog there for several hours, so they could monitor his resting heart rate. Would definitely recommend them. Will go back after hours if needed.
I have used the Urgent Care Vet at The Woodlands twice and have been extremely pleased both visits. The staff was quick to get my dog back and evaluated with a plan in place. I highly recommend them if you are needing a trustworthy urgent care visit for your pet! .
