I went to Urgent Vet Hatfield for a late night visit that I thought would be a quick fix but turned into anything but. Dr. Sprague and his team were so kind and compassionate. They gave me very thorough explanations as to what was going on and presented me with all of my options. They never made me feel rushed even though it was approaching closing time. Taken back after registering online beforehand. There was a wait but every place is like that anyway. Given reasonable choices based on exam. Felt informed and not pressured into making any particular choice. It’s still $100.00 walking in the door but Quakertown is the same way. Not crowded so that was good as well. Friendly and low key.
