We had a positive experience at UV with Dr. S and the vet tech. Highly recommended if your pet needs urgent care. The other day we found blood in our cat's stool. It was near closing time for our regular vet. They said don't wait until the next day. Take him to Urgent Vet in Hatfield. I called and spoke with a very help person at UV. I took my cat Lucy here on Saturday after she suffered two seizures. Sadly, she passed away while there but the whole team was extremely compassionate and kind during an awful situation. Prior to her passing away, the vet had taken his time explaining the situation and my options to me, without any pressure to make a quick decision. They were so nice and great to our little cat. Clean and professional. Highly recommend.
Excellent service and very caring. Took our cat there and they took us right back to a private room. Didn’t have to wait in a waiting room. That was a huge comfort for us and our scared cat. Thank you for being there for him and us!
