I brought my dog in because of a wound on their front leg. I was met with a kind and professional staff. We were in a real bind and they saved the day.
I recently had a pet emergency with my cat and had to bring him to this facility. Throughout the entire experience, every single person I interacted with was calm, pleasant, and extremely sensitive to how upset I was. Although I would never want anyone to have to bring their pet into a facility for an emergency, I cannot recommend this place enough! We have a German Shepherd, who gets extremely anxious in unfamiliar situations. On top of that, the dog was in pain. The vet and staff were very understanding, managed our situation to make it as least stressful for our dog and remove a punctured piece of wo9d from his paw. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, if needed, in the future.
They were amazing with my boy, Spooky. He came in with some irritation to his eye and they were so helpful with all my questions and worries. Amazing staff, extremely clean facility. I genuinely couldn’t ask for more.
Had compassion for my dog. Did everything for my dog. The cost was so good.
