I slipped and fell on Sunday on a slick spot from the rain and fell, landing on my left side, hurting my elbow and ribs. I came in because I was in a lot of pain and wanted to make sure I hadn’t broken any ribs. Even though it was almost end of the day for the office, everyone was pleasant, took me right away and I quickly got x-rays and results in a very short time. I got a shot for pain and out the door. I love the convenience and efficiency of having this option nearby.
Staff was friendly . Still coughing and very fatigued.
After receiving good care the week before I was very surprised by the care I received yesterday. First upon arriving the receptionist told me I was not supposed to be seen on this day as the original doctor that seen me was not there. It was this doctor who set up the appointment for this time. She went to the back and returned to the desk and told me they would go ahead and see me anyway. I got the impression that I was a burden to the staff and doctor at this time.
