I was a patient at Urgentology in Colleyville the afternoon of January 14th. From my call to the receptionist to my encounter with her at the office, her kindness and professionalism and that of Tatiana and Elizabeth were excellent. I not only felt that my physical concerns were professionally addressed but that they were done so in a caring and compassionate way and I felt seen and respected…. so appreciated at any time, even more so when one is not feeling well.
