Not honest.I went to my scheduled medical visit which was fine. However while I was there, I mentioned to the doctor I had a scheduled COVID/RSV/FLU test at ********* later that day. She said they can do the test there, and I asked her to find out the cost. Shortly afterwards, the nurse came in with the testing equipment and she told me "NO CHARGE". Of course, I agreed to it since they must have called my insurance to find out and I repeat again "NO CHARGE".Well, I get a bill from Quest for $50 for the tests. I immediately c... read more

They are offering COVID test but they are not reporting the results within the time frame given. They are not answering there business phone. They are very disorganized and I feel that they are purposely with holding the results so you will pay the expedited service.
RecommendedI went there for a test and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Got my results less than a week later. I loved it and will certainly be back.
This is the best urgent care I have been to. Great service, caring doctors and staff. I definitely recommend this urgent care to all of my friends and family.

This is probably the worst place I have ever been, doctors looking on Internet trying to understand what to do... terrible, go somewhere else...
