I stopped by at 2:30 pm due to severe foot pain but they were closed. No note on door - just closed and locked.
This location needs to be audited for shady Practices. Per website, wall in welcome so we walked in without an appointment. The lady in the front desk was on a personal call and said she will be right with us.. Five minutes later she said she had to get her laptop from her car which took forever. Then she walked in with her laptop and shoes in her hand. Then she took us back and said it was the last day the location was opened and they weren't taking insurance cards. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: The staff called my husband today and asked him where to send him records because they are shutting down. Not surprised at all, this is exactly what was needed and I’m glad they got justice for their awful service and malpractice! Absolutely AWFUL administrator and staff. My husband was sent to this doctor for a car accident almost a month ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare. I had a great experience and everyone was so nice and friendly. I arrived at 9am as a walk-in because I somehow popped my toe out of the socket while playing with my son the night before. They moved things around so they could see me right away. The new patient process was so quick and both the ladies in the front office were so nice and friendly and even came to me because it was difficult to walk. Absolutely AWFUL administrator and staff. My husband was sent to this doctor for a car accident almost a month ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare.
