DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I’ll start with the positive.. The tests that were done on my cat were done correctly. Now the negatives.. -no waiting room -pressures you into going to Buffalo emergency vet, says nothing closer is expecting ~ they were -records your conversation on the vets phone -paid over 2k for no answers -A sedative injection was given to my cat without consent right before taking him home. Highly Recommend! We rescued an 8 week old puppy that seemed to be in distress. Thinking it was possible he was just over heated we took all the correct steps. After a short time we realized it was alot more serious. I called Auburn Urgent Veterinary Care. The woman on the phone was very helpful. We decided it was best to rush the little guy there. Highly recommend, even to those coming from Syracuse. The drive is well worth the exceptional care that you and your pet will receive. I am very appreciative of the kindness and compassion from Doctor Barnes. She was also very transparent and explained everything going on with my little buddy.
