I want to thank the staff here for helping us late on a Sunday night. My very old cat Boot's was attacked by a large dog on our evening walk. They were clearly busy and overloaded but were kind and took good care of us. We appreciate your efforts and compassion.
DO NOT GO HERE!! BEWARE! Awful experience! They are only out for money, and WILL KILL your pet, even if it's healthy, and still charge you!! They ask for about $600, not including the $175 to walk in. After we said they could go ahead with the battery of unnecessary tests (when all our cat really needed was an antibiotic) They said, by the way, if there are complications would you like CPR performed to save the anima? This staff was so caring and compassionate from my phone call, from getting my baby girl sage in the building in a cart because she could not really walk anymore,giving us time to say goodbye, to putting her to sleep, Never rushed us, and then gave us extra time for last loving moments with our girl . It's was a very comfortable private room which we absolutely loved. Thank you all for your caring hearts..If anyone needs emergency care. I definitely recommend this place.
My kitty had a uti and we needed someplace quick. Our vet was closed but we found our way to here thru a few calls. It was a drive. We had to wait to get in, but very kind and professional service. I was very happy with them...and my kitty is much better. Thank you so much!
