From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly transparent about wait times and what to expect regarding Rosie’s urgent care needs. Every member of the team was kind, patient, and professional. Despite the constant flow of phone calls and the number of pets being treated for both urgent and emergency situations, they remained calm, compassionate, and attentive. I had to go to Urgent Veterinary Care this morning with my cat. Tay was the first girl I met and she was so kind and went above and beyond to get my cat the services he needed. They acted quickly and all the girls were so kind and understanding. The vet came out and gave me her expert opinion. Overall the service was great, the price was fair, I didn't feel like I was being ripped off, I felt heard and my cat got the care he needed. This team has to deal with some heavy issues everyday. Please be kind to them.
