We brought my cat in when he wouldn’t stop vomiting and seemed to be very lethargic. The staff was LOVELY and took such good care of care of him! They also called me the next day to check on how he was doing and let me know to call if I needed anything. It’s always stressful when your pet isn’t feeling well but the staff here made us feel so comfortable!
We recently visited Urgent VET Care with our cat due to a UTI, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Please be aware of the overall cost — the antibiotic and painkiller were approximately three times more expensive compared to other veterinary clinics we’ve used. In addition, the veterinarian prescribed liquid antibiotics for a 7-day course, but the amount provided was short by about two days. The nurses and vet at urgent vet care took care of my sweet girl and kept me updated frequently. They provided her with the best love & care! They also made sure to explain everything they were doing before they did it, and made time for our questions. Thank you for loving and taking care of my girl! Included are some pictures they took with my Nelly! You will not be disappointed, they treat your animals like their own! Thank you again!!
Have taken my dog here multiple times for digestive issues. The staff are compassionate and helpful, very good at listening and talking through diagnoses options. They also call a day or two after the visit to follow up and make sure everything is going well. They’re also very transparent about pricing and fair cost-wise. So nice to have this vet clinic type as an option in the area!
My wife and I have eight cats. Yes, I know. In the time we have had them four have been seen by these folks. They are really great for stuff like cat conjunctivitis and "my cat just isn't doing right but I can't tell what's wrong". Everyone I have ever dealt with here is professional and friendly. This is a tough job and they perform it with aplomb.
