Can’t say enough positives about this place! Very responsive, friendly, empathetic, thorough, and the best option for when it’s not necessarily an emergency, but a regular vet appointment isn’t soon enough. The facility was super clean and had everything a waiting family could need: beverages, chargers, restrooms, and a toy box for kids. Everyone involved was kind and caring and explained the situation with plenty of details. They followed up with a phone call the day after and sent a get well card too☺️
EDIT: I apparently can't review this clinic twice, but a couple years later came back and again had a great experience. Everyone was so nice and took great care of my cat. My cat wasn't acting like herself on a Saturday, so for peace of mind I booked a same day appointment and brought her to Urgent Vet Care. They took her right at the arrival time. We first had to wait over 2 hours long and then after we got him in a room we got told by 1 or 2 hours
Our male border collies had an argument late night this weekend and the ER Vet closest to me had 14 people on their wait list and sent a text referring me to possible go elsewhere due to their wait times. I went online and easily reserved a same day time slot to begin the process to be seen with Dr. Kretchmer. Upon arrival I was taken back for a history, then my pet saw her and within an hour we were discharged.
