We brought our cat RB in knowing his health was rapidly declining and that we were most likely going to have to say goodbye to him. From the moment we got there, everyone treated us with so much kindness, compassion, and humanity. Despite this being a scary day for our pupper- the experience here was amazing. Everyone was so amazing and friendly and accommodating. I cannot thank the staff enough!
Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We brought our husky here where she was diagnosed, and ultimately put to sleep a few weeks later when she was facing more and more complications. The entire staff here has been nothing short of kind, compassionate, patient, and treated us and our sweet dog with so much grace and empathy. We also had our toddler with us each time and there were toys as well as a tv for her to keep her occupied. I’m very conflicted about this visit. While the staff is incredibly friendly and the facility is clean, the actual process and clinical urgency were severely lacking. I brought my dog in for an emergency involving vomiting and bloody diarrhea. After a 3-hour wait in a largely empty lobby, very little had been done beyond vitals and a discussion of options.
