I went to Urgent Team in Jackson for a work-related back injury and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor was very understanding. I felt heard, respected, and supported. My medications and work restrictions were clearly explained. I truly appreciate the care I received.
Nice and pleasent environment
Every time I visit this office, it’s always clean, the staff is very friendly & welcoming ! The wait time is always fast unless they’re really swamped which is understandable ! They’re very helpful & they always take the time to understand what’s going on and how they can help. I feel comfortable talking to the nurses about anything, which is a plus !!!
Professional; knowledgeable; fast and friendly. Gave me the patient all the attention pertaining to my health.
