Inadequate care. Did not show any concern for health history. Made an appt, but still had to wait over an hour.
My 6 year old grandson was visiting from out of state and his ear started hurting. We were seen quickly and the facility was in an easy to reach location.
Waited two hours for poor bedside manner, and the only question asked was how did it happen. Not a good experience. Ashley at the front desk asked more questions than my provider.
I was asked by a nurse “if I want to be tested for flu” with absolutely no mention that it would be more money… then 2 weeks later after being provided no receipt at time of service my card was charged $100. I called billing and they said it was for a flu test. Go elsewhere- this place is dishonest!!
