Customer service training needed for support staff. NP was pleasant. It was closing time, so he was very quick, direct, and out.
I was prescribed an antibiotics, when I went to the pharmacy they had not received the order. I called Baptist Urgent Care and they said yes the doctor/NP has an order of antibiotics but she has not sent the order and she said she will tell her to send the order. The place was clean and the air conditioning worked. Everyone was nice and the wait time was short. I got in and out in less than 30 minutes.
