Yet at the very end of a very long message it suggests you leave a message—-really?? Leave a message on an unmonitored phone?? This is the biggest waste of health dollars!!!

Waste of time! IF you're lucky enough to even have your call answered, and IF there happens to be a doctor that day, they usually fill up within the first 10/15 min of answering phones, so they usually recommend you call back another time. Every time I call they are short, rude, and snappy, as if you're trying to make their day hard by simply asking if there's an available doctor for the day.
