Money. MoNeY, MONEY! That is ALL they want. I just wanted my cat to get treated immediately and they only charged us. I just hope he makes it out alive. ( Pray for us ) Would NOT recommend, this place SUCKS!
Really nice and caring but too expensive
Absolute trash clinic as a disabled Veteran they treated me like trash had no problem taking my money providing zero service they held my dog hostage. They didn’t want to help me for the first 10 minutes. I was in the building. My dog was literally dying and they provided no help no assistance no comfort. I brought my 9 month old puppy in because he had been vomiting intermittently and I was concerned about a potential blockage. We were there about 3.5 hours, which is pretty typical for emergency visits, in my experience. Dr. Perez and the techs handled my dog with kindness and patience, returning him to me after taking him in the back for diagnostics, rather than leaving him in the back.
