Surgery estimate and antibiotics.
We brought our puppy in for a life threatening emergency. Vet wouldn’t to come in to answer questions about a life threatening surgery or putting our dog down. They wanted us to make a decision within a few minutes because they were “closing soon” (it was 6 and they close at 9). When we said we were going to take him somewhere else their entire demeanor changed and were rude.
We unfortunately had to take our dog in for possibly life threatening situation. We were told he needed life saving emergency surgery and only had a few minutes to make a choice. It was life or death on the table and we needed a few minutes to discuss due the surgery cost. They given us an ultimatum either put him down or send him into surgery. Took my cat in here for a urinary problem and was really amazed at how fast they handled everything. Staff was very friendly and responsive to questions I had about treatment. Thank you again for all of your help.
