You’re not gonna find any true care for your animal here.. when we asked about pricing before we move forward, we were told that an x-ray ran just under $800 believing that to be a little exorbitant. If icould give a zero star review I would this woman held my cat hostage for $85 after not advising me that it was going to cost me $85 for her to look at my cat for a total of one and a half minutes and then was extremely rude and condescending to my friend and i and offered no help or Solutions or even any type of empathy or niceness DO NOT take your animal here EVER.
The only good thing was the fact we were able to find out what was wrong with my baby Duke. The Vet showed us the XRay6telling us he has a bleeding tumor in his stomach. She charged over $1K for that and didn't give a copy of the radiology report so that our Veterinarian who usually sees him could give us more information. She halso suggested we put Duke 'down' and I was aghast and appalled.
Great service and reasonable pricing
Very unprofessional. Rather than solve by taking the bladder stones. Or send my to Gainesville with a prescription food. 3000$ the stones are still in the bladder. We could have gone to Gainesville and finalize everything. No stones coming back. When I went to ask why shy told me to get out. Tonight she hung up on me
