ZERO stars!!! This place was amazing a few years ago with another pet of mine, not sure what changed but I would NOT recommend this place. My chihuahua got attacked by a pit bull suffering a puncture wound in his neck that was visibly bleeding and a hemorrhage in his eye and obviously distressed. There was one car in the parking lot therefore I know this place was not busy. I find it appaling that I brought my dog Zoey in dying in my arms after she got hit by a car and died upon walking through the front door that they had the audacity to charge me $85 for doing absolutely nothing. I understand everything is a business nowadays and making money is paramount above all else, but that is horrible. Have some decency. Went here last night after my little yorkie mix developed inability to walk or stand the past few+ days. It wasn’t looking good as she was devolving, not getting better so after work yesterday brought her straight in unannounced to Urgent Pet Vets. They got her looked at immediately with no waiting and said she really needed some blood work and X-rays to isolate what was going on. Expensive and don't care about you or your pet just money. Walked in with a dog that got ran over by a car and because I didn't get approved for credit they would not stitch her and told me she would most likely die from infection and sent me in my way
The Veteran and staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately Flynn died on the way to Urgent Pet Vets . They took him and took care of him , set him up for cremation. Thank you lady's for your kindness.
