I called for an emergency appointment because my 6-month-old puppy was vigorously shaking her head and was clearly in distress from what appeared to be an ear infection or other ear problem. Because I was concerned about her condition, I accepted the first appointment they offered, at 1:15 p.m., and drove 1½ hours to get there. After we arrived, we waited for several hours. I've been to four different vets around here and I think urgent pet is the best I will only go to them and they even help you on the phone with questions where other vets say well you need to make an appointment to talk to us for $120

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Urgent Pet Care in Prescott. When our Freddie was attacked by another dog, we were absolutely terrified, and the entire team took such incredible care of him—and of us. Dr. Stofflet was compassionate, knowledgeable, and reassuring every step of the way. Vet tech Ashlee stayed with us through every moment and treated Freddie with such genuine care and kindness.
