Our 12 week old Flat Coated Retriever decided he was going to jump out of my wife's moving SUV and fell to the ground, breaking his femur and in terrible pain. Rushing our puppy, Pilot, to Urgent Care Prescott was a wonderful decision. Very nice people! They really exhibit a caring attitude towards the your pets.
I lost my sweet 13 year old cat late yesterday to saddle thrombus aka aortic thromboembolism which caused my boy to be paralyzed in his hind legs and in excruciating pain. Everything happened so fast I’ve barely had time to process that my bubbaloo is gone. I owe the vet and staff my deepest gratitude for their care and compassion. They did all they could to get his pain under control before I had to make the only humane decision there was.
Took our dog in after our regular vet office had closed. Staff & Dr Dow were so nice & compassionate when they give us the bad news about our dog having lung cancer.
