Wonderful caring service
My dog was always a very adventurous and rambunctious puppy. As such, we had to utilize the services of Urgent Pet Care West on several occasions over the past three years. She received wonderful care at every single visit, including her last. The front desk staff are very efficient and so nice. The waiting room is wide and open and well kept. We unfortunately had to utilize the emergency vet this past weekend, I have 2 doodles that decided to treat themselves to a bag of raw, bone-in chicken wings (meat & bag) I called and they started getting me checked in the moment I spoke with them. The front desk gals were phenomenal! (I cant remember their names but they were wonderful & working 4.12.26 12-5) Dr. Sokol, was absolutely wonderful. I feel that the members of the clinic are helpful, professional, informative and caring. Exceptional care! What I appreciated most was the genuine compassion and attentiveness shown from the moment we walked in. We brought my dog in for what eventually turned into euthanasia, but that has nothing to do with the 1 star, the doctor that was with my dog was actually great. The one star comes in with literally everyone else here, while in the room, there was a total lack of communication for almost 2 hours, once we figured out how serious the problem with my dog was, we were going over our options.
