Dr. Peter Buhr went above and beyond when my dog needed a wound repaired multiple times. He stayed after his shift was over because he knew the situation and my dog. Thank you Dr. Buhr and team!
Really appreciate the care they gave my dog Sadie. The medicine she gave us worked right away. The staff were all so nice. Sadie really seemed to like them all too.
Cannot say enough about Dr. Starks and her team. I called them after a dog I am fostering was discharged to me from another vet office after a routine spay procedure in a very bad condition. I called them and explained what her symptoms were , they told me to get her up to them Immediately, got me the intake papers to fill out and were ready to take her back as soon as I entered the threshold of the door. My dog had his ear bitten badly, and I immediately took him to the Urgent Pet Care in Millard, I arrived about 11:00 AM. We were placed in a room right away, but he was bleeding profusely with an artery visible, and I had to hold pressure with a towel myself, I called out for help several times, but no one answered. Meanwhile, I could hear staff behind the door laughing and chatting, with no sense of urgency while my dog cried in my arms, bleeding and in obvious pain. Friendly and very helpful staff, took care of my pup's procedure twice as the first time it wasn't as successful. It was a tough procedure, and doesn't always work so was very happy when they took the time and effort to give it a 2nd go.
