The staff at this location is purely incredible. So much compassion, understanding, professionalism. Very communicative and responsive. My daughter’s dog is anxious at vets and everyone was patient and gentle. It was hard for my daughter to give her dog the medicine she needed because of an injury of her own and they took the initiative to set up a plan to help during the entire duration of the treatment plan at no extra cost due to the circumstances. My dog Toto was seen same day and received good care :). There was a little bit of a wait but nothing unbearable. The price was reasonable and the staff was very open to my questions and concerns. They followed up via phone and email. For a small office they seem very well stocked with all the necessary equipment to assess and treat your pet. Thanks urgentpet!
