Can't recommend enough! They were able to get us in quickly, kind staff, vet took her time assessing the situation & reasonably priced. I am so relieved to know this office is close by if we should need urgent care again.
The very best pet clinic in the Bay Area -- most humane, competent, and efficient. Our blind and epileptic cat has been treated with utmost compassion and sincerity by the amazing team of Dr. Audrey and the staff, even when she was at her lowest low. They go out of their way to ensure the best care. Most of all, they are genuinely respectful to the animals (and the humans) and are reasonable people -- something that is lacking is the vet industry in the Bay. We switched over our primary and urgent care to Urgent Pet.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I took my 4-month-old Rottweiler puppy, Bentley here, and I can’t say enough good things about the care we received. From start to finish, they were professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They had us wait in the car until Bentley’s parvo test came back to ensure the safety of all the animals, which I really appreciated. So glad this place exists! It’s the perfect solution when you need a same day appointment but don’t want to put your pet through the 3+ hour wait at an emergency vet. All the techs here are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. 10 stars!
