Listen 👂🏽 people, I am so serious when I say, Urgent Eyecare is AMAZING!! The check-in was different, yet it was personalized because I felt like it was all about me! Dr. Brooks handled my condition with great care and he made me feel comfortable to ask questions about my health. The on-call staff answered quickly via telephone, along with the follow-up text messages, and the incoming emails. This process made me feel secure on the decision that I made to visit Urgent Care!! We had an eye emergency at 8pm on a Sunday night. We were able to schedule an appointment immediately and seamlessly. When we arrived, Dr. Gibbs was ready for us and treated us so kindly. I felt secure and calm in her presence which was such a huge blessing. She was very thorough and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Urgent Eyecare!
