This place was highly recommended specifically for it's name urgENT. What better place to go when your battling severe ear pain along with other upper respiratory things. . My wife contacted them shortly after 3pm on Thursday 3/26. She told the receptionist Audrey what I was suffering with and Audrey said that the next available would be Tuesdsy 3/31. Love that Jill always puts my health concerns and needs at the forefront of the conversation.
First, I was told by front desk personnel that I wouldn’t be able to be seen for about a week, when the website advertises same day appointments. When I called back and asked them why that was advertised but untrue, they were able to get me an appointment for the following morning. I was prescribed a medication to help with the issue that I came in to address, I waited until the following day to contact my Pharmacy, and I was informed by my pharmacy that they had not received a prescription for me. Been seeing them for more than a year. Maybe 2. Excellent customer service in and out. The assessment is thorough and well documented. I always get the feeling that they genuinely want to help me feel better. Everyone is knowledgeable and seem to love what they do because I’ve been seeing the same faces over the years.
