I unfortunately started having tooth pain and of course put it off for a week trying to find a dentist to start care with. Being unsuccessful, and having a trip coming up, I found Urgent Dental. They got me in same day! Unfortunately, due to a previous crown I had that didn't cover my tooth fully, I ended up needing a root canal. First time and I have always had issues with getting numbed. Communication between the receptionist and assistant sucks. Had me playing the phone game for a whole week once I finally got a hold of someone they tried charging my card the day before my procedure twice without Communicating what I should be expecting or if I should even fast? Didn't even send in my prescription for my medication the day before.
Many thanks to all at this great dental office. I am in town for a few short weeks of work and had an old crown dislodge during dinner on a Friday evening. I called several shops within a radius of me and all were closed for the weekend. A few blocks away was Urgent Dental, and right away they scheduled me for the next morning. I experienced a painful and scary dental infection during a work conference. Urgent Dental of Denver, the doctor (Doctor Boyd) & the staff were able to get me in on short notice, displayed high quality of care and were able to ameliorate the acute issue I was experiencing, while giving me the understanding to take the issue back home for a specialist to more permanently start to address. I'm very happy I went and would recommend to anyone needing it.
