Considering the severe toothache I had upon arriving at Urgent Dental Care, it was a great experience. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Garcia took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. His expertise resolved the issue I had with my tooth and I highly recommend this office. The office being open on the weekend was an added bonus.
Ayanna was awesome! They helped me so much getting a bad tooth fixed and on a Sunday honestly couldn’t believe that anything like this was open. So glad I found this place!
Very pleasant experience from start to finish.
They charge $89 for walk in even with insurance listed only because they don't take insurance. Waited an hr just to get an expensive bill so I asked is that with both insurance and was told they can help with reimbursment in about a month instead of telling me in the beginning when I stated I place both of my insurance on forms in the beginning. Waste of time, with swollen face and throbbing. Why be an urgent dental?? Would not recommend!
They are PHENOMENAL. They changed my entire perspective on the dentist. Dr. Rivera and Nicole were AMAZING.
