So I cracked my tooth on my honeymoon, 4 hours from my home. This clinic was able to take me in, evaluate me and fix my tooth in under an hour. They even managed to use the piece that fell out. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dentist’s office especially in an emergency situation. The Doctor, Assistant and staff at the West Seneca office (I wish I knew their names) were absolutely amazing! They were kind, comforting, accommodating, down-to-earth, non-judgmental, thorough and efficient! They made themselves available anytime I called and needed in-person follow-up. No long waits. Making a request for an appointment was easy enough on the website and they got back to me very quickly with a same day appointment time! The intake process was efficient and I was in and out from start to finish in less than an hour. The staff was attentive and thorough with explaining any needed information and even comforted me through the procedure which was very much appreciated. Dental issues are scary but they made it such a wonderful experience considering the circumstance. 100% recommended!

I had a tooth that was bothering me and so I visited my regular dentist. While there I was in pain and they took an x-ray to see what was going on. After examining the x-ray they couldn't determine 100% if the tooth was cracked or something else was going on. They recommended that I see an Endodontic professional and get a cat scan of the tooth, they gave me a script for pain meds and antibiotics.
