In March of 2020 my wife, son, and myself went to Fastmed in Clayton for a Covid test. My wife has Medicare, I use VA benefits, and my son has Medicaid. We gave this information to Fastmed. About 2 weeks later we got a bill for our son's visit. My wife called the clinic and gave them his Medicaid information again. On August 17 2021 I got a text from a collection agency about this bill. Stay far away from this place. "F" rating with BBB - many, many complaints and bad reviews. Our family will never use again. Very poor care from doctors(if you can get one) NP's and PA's. Improper billing so that patient has to pay more than insurance company would. Terrible customer service. Still trying to get bill from October of 2020 corrected. Use any other Urgent Care - keep driving past this one.

I was administered an expired medication and was unable to speak to anyone at the office or corporate. They will let you leave voicemails all day. Forget talking to an actual person at fast med. FAST MED THERE IS GOOD REASON YOUR REVIEWS ARE LESS THAN 3 STARS 🤣 POOR MANAGEMENT. HOLD YOUR LEADERSHIP ACCOUNTABLE. WILL NOT ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO USE YOUR FRANCHISES.
