Rude and unhelpful. Don’t call back despite issues with prescriptions. Days of waiting. Had to finally go to a different urgent care to get antibiotic while infection got significantly worse.
The doctor I saw, Rachel, was excellent, and the wait was totally worth it
I recently had a very disappointing experience over the phone. The worker I spoke (did not say their name when answered. It was whoever answered on 6/17 at around 10:10am)to was incredibly rude and seemed bothered. Her tone of voice was dismissive, and interrupted me, not allowing me to finish my sentence. The lack of care and consideration she showed was shocking and made an already stressful situation even worse.
