I would give this place 0 stars if it wasn’t for the traveling nurse who took stats. My wife went in on a Friday for a UTI and the following Thursday still hasn’t received results from the lab culture. She’s called them twice so far and they have LOST the sample. Then another order was put in for a urine sample and she was not informed of it by telephone or MyChart. This is our first and last time going to Vancouver Clinic urgent care.
I went in on a Saturday evening. They were the only place open besides the ER, that would see me without an appointment. I sprained my ankle and mostly just needed to get a note for work. I received so much more. I found the staff to all be very professional and helpful. Care was performed in a reasonable amount of time. Not very helpful; Dr. Jeffery Brent was kinda mean to my friend.
They refused my wife medical attention. I asked, are you refusing us medical care? Response, “yes, we’re privately owned.” So you’re refusing my wife medical care? “Yes we’re privately owned and we don’t take new Medicare patients.” Sounds illegal to me. Way to go privately owned company. Way to treat a senior citizen from out of town! There should be a medical board to investigate. Maybe someone knows who to call?
Very efficient! Fast service. Doctors,Nurses, and staff are so kind. I so appreciate all of you.
