The worst urgent care with worst doctors . My son had lip bleeding with cut and doctor refused to do anything but sent him to emergency room where my son spent 8 hr waiting. But sure next morning they sent us $311 bill. What a scam. Doctors in Urgent care has no knowledge. I am not talking about all but specifically the Dr. Russell who waisted our time and money.
I had pain at the back of my head 2 days and it was getting worse. I went to urgent care and was seen by Jill Bradley, FNP-C. She found no lump abd dudn't go any further. She just sent me away. The pain continued and I went back to another Dr. who COULD DO A DIAGNOSIS!!! I had a pulled muscle at the back of my head/neck. I am paying $40. FOR NOTHING. Vancouv Clinic is going down in my valuation. Thinking of taking my business else where.
I have been going here since I was 12 years old this place is the best place to go to if you need to get checked out by urgent care or anything else they might have in the building 🏫
My son had an emergency where he had fallen and cut his forehead open, this location was much closer to our house so I called ahead to see if they could administer stitches if needed, they said yes, so we made our way. Upon arrival we were informed that this “urgent care” center was by appointment only, and they did not tend to actual urgent matters like the one we were experiencing. My family and I have had the worst experience with this clinic and other Vancouver clinics. The care is nonexistent. The nurse was in the room for 2 MINUTES! Did one test for strep. I requested other tests because my son also had a rash all over his body and they refused. The nurse then THREW away the test she had just don’t before getting results and said she has other patients and can’t deal with this.
