I had immediate and great service.
I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this was extremely frustrating. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes to schedule an urgent care appointment—where I gave all my information—I arrived only to be told they couldn’t see me due to Worker’s Comp, with Kaiser as secondary insurance. I explained Worker’s Comp would cover it, and even offered to sign permission to be billed out-of-pocket if they didn’t, but they still refused care. The front desk staff was also very rude. Worst possible place to go No long story, just they don’t give a damn about patients
Came in with severe chest pain from breathing (an issue that I’ve gone to a few doctors for only to get the same treatment as I did today from here) and got told there was nothing wrong even after an x-ray. Useless. I’m short of breath, can’t breath deep without feeling like a tennis ball is in my lung and become winded walking now (which only became an issue within the last week) in my mid-20s. Im not usually a Karen If i could give 0 stars i would! My mom broke her arm on a Saturday morning, they said they would send in a referral, in which they did not. So now she's not being seen until Thursday. Very upset will not ever be letting her back here. They also forgot to take her rings off which I had to get cut off due to swelling. Horrible
