Im not usually a Karen If i could give 0 stars i would! My mom broke her arm on a Saturday morning, they said they would send in a referral, in which they did not. So now she's not being seen until Thursday. Very upset will not ever be letting her back here. They also forgot to take her rings off which I had to get cut off due to swelling. Horrible

I have been trying to get someone to help me ALL DAY. I called the Vancouver clinic to get some answers about a form FMLA is requesting regarding my visit. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and was out of work for a few weeks. FMLA requested a form for my doctor to which my doctor said I have to come in and get re-evaluated if I wanted FMLA for more than one week.
