Great experience at Urgent Care TX in Lancaster! The check-in was seamless, and the facility was very clean. The medical team was attentive, professional, and listened to my concerns. I was in and out with great care in no time. Highly recommend!
The doctor and the staff we all very nice and treated us well.
I’ve been here a few times now, and every single visit, the customer service has been exceptional—from the doctors and nurses to the receptionists. Everyone is consistently kind, compassionate, and attentive. They take the time to actually listen to you and address your concerns, but my visits have always been fairly quick.
