The provider (Sheree) ( maybe misspelled) was very rude and unfriendly. Would have left had I not paid first and waited! I will also further escalate the treatment we received!
Great location, friendly staff, nice clean office.
I love this place! My foot was swollen and I was in pain. This grew got right to work and goodbye pain! Sherlin got me signed in so quickly, Casey and Will came in to check vitals and then Dr Kayliegh came in and prescribed just what I needed. Pain was gone within an hour. Thanks to a great crew!
Supper nice, helpful and cheerful people. Ashley was amazing with the stitch work. Casey walked me through it all and overall made my vist nice and easy. Jordan & Nikki my Front desk people were joyful, and nice.
My granddaughter wasn't feeling well I took her to Urgent Care of TX - Lancaster. Let me start out by saying, this is a VERY Clean medical facility💯 the whole staff is EXTREMELY nice and professional. They treat you like you are more than a patient⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We didn't have to wait long at all 🙌🏼 My granddaughter experience with them was EXCEPTIONAL She said granny they are so nice. THANK YOU URGENT CARE 🥰 Btw, they even called to check on my granddaughter to see how she was doing🤩
