This is more of a question for the clinic than a review... Is there an actual Doctor on duty at that clinic?Considering in the state of texas , it is illegal to prescribe Medication without an actual doctor's diagnosis and the fact that nurses are not legally allowed to diagnose patients in the state of texas... As well as any diagnosis being given to a patient that was not physically examined by a doctor in the state of texas?

Empathy and compassion is not passed down from physicians or owners of facilities to nurses or medical assistants. We have too many in the medical field that are there for the money. This facility needs a great deal of learning when it comes to patient care. We are patient of colors and I realized it matter because the physician assistant was seated in which I could visibly see her and the lady at the front was non challant and uncaring. Avoid This Place – They’ll Turn You Away for No Reason Pulled up to this urgent care at 5:30 PM on a Sunday (they close at 7) to get my daughter treated, only to be told they were “too packed” to take any more patients. Funny thing is, the parking lot was empty, and there wasn’t a single person in the waiting area.
