I called first to check my insurance was accepted. Once I arrived and confirmed insurance was accepted only took about 45 minutes from filling out paperwork, testing, test results and medical practitioner's diagnosis and recommended treatment. The staff was personable and efficient. The facility was warm and welcoming with free coffee!
Horrible Service. Front desk is rude. X-ray machine was down which they didn’t notify patients of before check in and payment. The PA didn’t really do much in the 5 minutes he was there. They are not able to email after visit summaries even though their printer is down. And I called them 3 different times to have a prescription sent to a different location due to the one they sent it to being permanently closed. This facility is awesome! The staff are the best and the doctor is amazing! They took care of me with the best care! 10/10 would recommend
