Urgent care by appointment only. The system is terrible. Need a complete revamp. Urgent was great before Covid was a thing. Then it became terrible to get in to get and appointment. Its not the front staff. Its the management that runs this place. Doctors and nurses and front staff are great
To be clear this review is not about the Urgent Care itself. The nurses and front desk staff have always been so welcoming, efficient and very organized. So two weeks ago I went to the Urgent Care and saw Dr. Hystra. She was very thorough with the examination and made a plan with me as to how we were going to follow up. Over this two week period of time since then, I had an ultrasound done on the Thursday after the original appointment. This is review regards to Dr. Francis, not the clinic. She is RUDE, condescending and unprofessional. She doesn't listen to what you are trying to tell her. In 50 years of my life I have never met such an incompetent doctor that is not thorough, maybe she she focus on people skills and patient care rather than her Social Media thegirlymd platform and her self entitled, family doctor wannabee attitude.
I've been going to the urgent care walk in for a few years now to control my diabetes an some doctors are amazing Dr Ferguson and Dr Brown among others today was probably the worst experience I've had Dr Francis really knows how to make you feel insignificant because your unable to conform with what she wants specifically the nurse practitioner unit, which doesn't work for me as i work full time during the week, an its difficult to meet appointments, to the point that when confronted, she deemed me being aggressive an insinu... read more
Took my daughter who was experiencing anxiety regarding some skin issues and respiratory ailments. I identified we were using our traditional Indigenous medicine to combat the issues, but it was a bad virus and wanted her checked out.
