After waiting in the lobby for an hour, with 2 month old twins, another patient complained because they had been waiting even longer. The person at the desk said that they were running over an hour behind. This was not mentioned when I first arrived to my appointment or I would have immediately rescheduled and it was apparently not mentioned to the other patients waiting in the lobby either. Doctor Scott De Ruiter took good care of me and my baby. He was compassionate, he made sure i was hydrated and he made sure my baby had meds before we left. This is the second time ive had him at the prompt care and im so grateful!
My boyfriend picked this place because of the high reviews. He went in because he was feeling unwell. He was first seen by a not friendly nurse or MA , and then tested for the Flu. The Dr. Was nice however. He waited for a script of Tamiflu to be sent so he can pick it up, and the script was never sent and the office closed and so did the pharmacy. Terrible!
Excellent appointment. The nurse and doctor were great! I was given the contact info for the doc if I needed more medicine. So glad the Canon City urgent care was full. I will come back here again.
I have 5 children and frequent this place often! Both of the doctors are very helpful. Dr. Scott is the best the one we usually see. I've only ever waited a long time when they were very very busy. No complaints!
