I went in for an impacted ear with wax. They tried to flush it out for at least two hours, maybe 2 1/2. Nothing happened. It cost $65 for nothing. Then she gave me something to put in my air and I laid down in this cold room and she was coming right back. Did not happen right back. Then the doctor tried to get it out with a little hooker thing and touched my eardrum about died.. I went home and my ear ache so bad that I cried a lot. Finally had to take narcotics. I will never ever go back to this clinic.
Dr. DeRuiter and his medical assistant, Brandi were very attentive to my needs. They were professional, caring, and thorough, and Dr. DeRuiter explained everything clearly. I had a very positive experience.

It’s never fun to go to an urgent care, but I will drive the distance to go to this location. Dr. DeRuiter is the kindest man and the staff are equally attentive. Patience is expected with urgent care locations! These places get busy and there’s only so many doctors and nurses working. It’s better than going to the ER or waiting weeks to be seen by your PCP. The hope is to never get sick, but when I do and I can’t get in to see my PCP, I go here. Thanks to the staff for getting me through my first experience with COVID.
